You truly are our customer, so we listen to your needs and wants and strive to deliver.Over the past several years John Spencer and his team have built scores of homes in the greater Fox Valley area of west suburban Chicago. We are not a large mega builder with huge overhead. Consequently, we can build quality homes that represent great value.
We appreciate that today's consumers are very educated. We also appreciate that nobody wants to play pricing games. Therefore, we do our best to include a strong baseline of standard features that custom home buyers have come to expect. Nothing can be more frustrating than to discover that it costs significantly more for decent flooring, cabinets or fixtures.
John Spencer and his family reside in the area. He is a committed family man with a wife and three girls that keep him busy when he's not building homes. John has found that communication and honesty are the keys to making the building process as enjoyable as possible. It's this philosophy that has enabled Spencer Construction to build a business from the ground up.
